Job summary

Responsibilities include planning, execution, monitoring, defining scope with sponsors, managing timelines and risks, coordinating teams, and delivering high‑quality results while supporting change management and pre‑sales activities.

• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues for successful outcomes.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Support change management, user adoption, and project transition.
• Contribute to proposal development, client presentations and pre-sales.
• Promote project management best practices and continuous improvement.

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with business stakeholders, data, technology teams, and project sponsors


• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and governance to ensure successful delivery


• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive project execution and resolve obstacles


• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement and communication plans throughout the project lifecycle


• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership


• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to support successful outcomes


• Ensure project deliverables comply with agreed quality standards and business requirements


• Support change management, user adoption, and project transition activities as needed


• Contribute to proposal development, client presentations, pre-sales support, and business development initiatives


• Promote project management best practices and continuous improvement across delivery engagements

Requirements

• Experience managing data, analytics, data platform, or digital transformation projects


• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies


• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, reporting, or business intelligence concepts


• Experience managing geographically dispersed or cross-functional teams


• Experience working in consulting, professional services, or client-facing environments


• Exposure to proposal development, pre-sales support, or client pursuit activities


• Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications)


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills


• Experience delivering data management, data engineering, analytics, reporting, or cloud data platform projects


• Experience working in fast-paced consulting and project delivery environments
