Job summary

DHL Express in Singapore is looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Data Governance) to lead data governance initiatives across our global network, ensure data quality, integrity and compliance, and translate business needs into robust data solutions.

You will collaborate with IT and business functions, drive dashboards and reports in Power BI, model and integrate data in Snowflake, and leverage SQL/Python to enable trusted decision making in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years in Business Analysis with a focus on data visualization & analytics.
• Expertise in Power BI and best practices for visualization.
• Proficiency in Snowflake, including data modeling & integration.
• Strong SQL, Python, or other programming skills to support data solutions.
• Experience in a global, multicultural environment influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive liaison with Express functions and define requirements and solutions.
• Document findings and provide recommendations to project bodies.
• Lead cross-functional change initiatives across regions.
• Deliver clear business requirements to architects and designers.
• Ensure data accuracy and quality across all reports.
• Act as SME on Power BI & Snowflake, supporting governance teams.
• Manage projects and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
