Qualifications

• Min 5 years in Business Analysis or a similar role, focusing on data visualization and analytics.
• Expertise in Power BI and best practices for visualization.
• Proficiency in Snowflake, including data modeling and integration.
• Strong skills in SQL, Python, or other programming languages (a plus).
• Proven experience working with senior managers and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Certifications in Power BI, Snowflake, or BABOK are a plus.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business data using Power BI & Snowflake to identify trends and insights.
• Build interactive dashboards and reports to communicate KPIs effectively.
• Drive close liaison with various departments to define business solutions.
• Document findings regularly and support recommendations.
• Manage change requests with cross-functional impact.
• Act as a subject matter expert, aiding the Data Quality & Governance team.
