Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in customer service, user operations, or a related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays, if required.

Responsibilities

• Label and respond to global customer feedback via app help center or email.
• Escalate abnormal cases to relevant departments and ensure closed-loop resolution.
• Maintain customer service performance metrics such as response time and user satisfaction.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to provide actionable insights for product improvement.
• Monitor and manage app reviews on Google Play and Apple Store.
• Support ad-hoc projects and process improvements as needed.
