Job summary

Foodtalks Caterer & Manufacturer in Singapore is seeking a customer service and accounts lead to drive bookings, nurture key client relationships, and identify upsell opportunities across the catering business.

You will manage the team, handle escalations, track KPIs, and coordinate with Operations, Kitchen, and Finance to fulfil orders while aiming to grow revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, account management, or sales (F&B/catering/hospitality/events preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Team management experience preferred
• CRM/order system proficiency
