Job summary

OpenTable seeks an Account Manager to lead customer retention and revenue growth within a restaurant territory. You will proactively engage with restaurant partners, expand product adoption, and remain a trusted adviser while representing OpenTable in the field.

You will work with colleagues across sales and restaurant relations, staying current on OpenTable strategies and opportunities, and partnering for success in a global, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Restaurant management and/or sales experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
• You are curious, humble and have an eagerness to learn.
• You are able to effectively influence and use data to guide your decisions.
• You’re self-motivated and have the grit necessary to thrive against ambitious expectations.
• You naturally communicate well, and can establish trust with people genuinely and quickly.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers to increase product adoption and grow their business through our partnership.
• Become a trusted adviser to retain customers and influence ongoing relationships.
• Maintain an experienced understanding of all OpenTable products and services.
• Incorporate company strategies into daily work and identify opportunities to increase impact.
• Share and implement standard methodologies with the sales and restaurant relations team.
• Be highly visible and frequently face-to-face with customers in the field.
