Job summary

Giesecke+Devrient is hiring a Customer Operations Representative in Singapore to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery commitments. You will collaborate with Sales, Production, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance to coordinate customer requirements from receipt to fulfilment, while maintaining data integrity in SAP.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in business, supply chain, logistics or related field.
• Proven experience in customer operations or order management in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Proficient in SAP and ERP systems; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and release customer orders accurately with required approvals.
• Monitor order status and delivery schedules, communicating changes promptly.
• Maintain customer and order data in SAP and other systems with high accuracy.
• Coordinate with Planning, Production, Procurement, Logistics and Finance to meet commitments.
• Prepare invoices and shipping documents in a timely manner.
