Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end ordering process with suppliers.
• Create Purchase Orders and process invoicing.
• Coordinate shipments to customers with freight forwarders.
• Monitor supplier performance against KPIs.
• Verify and approve product specifications and proofs.
• Support supplier capacity planning and internal transfers.
• Review customer orders against delivery dates.
• Collaborate to achieve KPI targets.
• Monitor inventory levels at supplier sites.
• Ensure orders meet quality standards.
