Responsibilities

Manage customer interactions across phone, email, and other channels.
Provide accurate information on DHL products, services, shipment status, and pricing.
Deliver professional and empathetic service to address enquiries and resolve issues.
Take ownership of customer concerns and coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely resolution.
Identify customer needs and promote relevant DHL products and value-added solutions.
Collaborate with Operations and other departments to support service excellence.
Capture customer feedback and highlight process improvements.
Adhere to customer service standards, processes, and compliance requirements.
