Job summary

DHL Express Singapore is seeking a NCG Agent - Ops Support for the South Asia Hub to execute flight movement alerts, transmit shipment data, and prepare flight documentation. The role also involves rectifying non-conforming shipments with the network.

You will handle DG management, NOTOC, MAWB details, and support general operations paperwork. Diploma holders with IATA DGR Certification are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in airline, transportation or logistics.
• Diploma is required for the role.
• IATA DGR DG Acceptance certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with service provider to get information on flight details.
• Obtain customer exception request & airline MAWB information.
• Exception handling, e.g., Damage handling, FSC management, DPA etc.
• DG (Dangerous Goods) management, e.g., DG acceptance, incident reporting, NOTOC preparation.
• Cutting of flight MAWB.
• Maintaining of pre-printed HUID labels with profile.
• Provide CIA imaging on specific request.
• Printing of shipment manifest for shipment lodgment.
• Provide movement alerts.
• Support in general operations paperwork and administration requirement.

Role Opportunity: NCG Agent - Ops Support (South Asia Hub)

Reporting to NCG Supervisor – Ops Support, the incumbent would be in charge of executing flight movement alerts, transmission of shipment information and preparation of flight documentations. Incumbent would also be in charge of rectifying and follow up with network on non-conforming shipments.

Your Tasks

• Communicate with service provider to get information on flight details.
• Obtain customer exception request & airline MAWB information.
• Exception handling, example: Damage handling, FSC management, DPA etc

Good Distribution Practice (GDP)

• Ensure that physical movement of Dangerous Goods and Medical Express/WMX cargo meets customers and internal requirements and is completed in an efficient and safe manner.

What You Bring

• MUST be able to work shifts
• At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably within airline, transportation or logistics industry.
• Minimum Diploma
• MUST pass or have IATA DGR DG Acceptance certification
