Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding is seeking a customer service professional in Singapore to manage shipments, provide proactive updates, and handle inquiries. You will act as the primary contact for allocated customers, ensuring smooth processing of imports and third-party shipments.

Responsibilities include documenting complaints, driving resolutions, and coordinating with Sales for upselling opportunities. A diploma with 1–3 years of relevant experience is required; prior CW1 usage is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma with 1-3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in processing freight forwarding shipments preferable.

Responsibilities

• Check Station Metrics Widget and LCM to ensure OTP against customer promise.
• Act as key contact for allocated customers for non-order management tasks.
• Accept and activate import and controlled third-party shipments.
• Proactively inform customers on shipment status and provide updates on incidents.
• Take and process customer feedback and escalate persistent service issues when needed.
• Perform up- and cross-selling for existing customers and feed leads to Sales.
