Job summary

Bank of China Limited Singapore Branch is seeking a seasoned relationship manager focused on custody services. You will be the main client contact, building strong relationships with both domestic and global custody clients and coordinating with internal stakeholders to onboard and manage accounts.

You will promote cross-selling of deposits, loans, and related financial products while handling credit initiation and ongoing risk monitoring.

Qualifications

5 years of client relationship experience in finance; custody knowledge is a plus.
Familiar with custody settlements, clearing, and capital markets.
Ability to manage multiple projects and onboarding of new clients.
Strong communication in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

Maintain relationship with custody clients; be the main contact with client and internal stakeholders.
Responsible for daily management of domestic and global custody clients, including onboarding.
Promote cross sales and business development across deposits and loans to achieve KPIs.
Handle credit initiation and management for clients with financing needs; drive cross selling.
Conduct industry research related to non-bank financial institutions and custody business.
Manage client expectations and propose strategic business solutions.
