Job summary

CTBC Bank Co. Ltd. (Singapore) is seeking an experienced Private Banking Relationship Manager to acquire, develop and service long-term relationships with high net worth clients. You will work with internal specialists to provide investment and wealth solutions.

The role requires strong knowledge of private banking, English and Chinese communication, and the ability to explain complex products while adhering to AML and risk guidelines. You will actively grow AUM and deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree from a reputed university.
• Minimum 5 years marketing experience in private banking industry.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in private banking business, including customer segments and products.
• Appropriate qualifications to advise/sell investment and other products.
• Excellent communication skill, good command in both English and Chinese as role require to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Acquires, develops and services long-term relationships with high net worth clients.
• Works collaboratively with internal specialists to provide investment & wealth solutions to meet client needs.
• Cross-sell products & services to existing clients.
• Acquires net new assets to achieve targeted AUM.
• Generates revenue to meet agreed upon goals.
• Develops and maintains good relationships with clients.
• Delivers, monitors and reviews solutions to clients based on clients investment profile.
• Complies with regulations, policies and guidelines.
