Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation Singapore Branch is seeking a seasoned Program Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of a large-scale, multi-country core banking transformation covering core banking, payments and corporate banking flows.

The role aligns the program to the bank's strategy, owns governance, funding and benefits realisation, and leads cross-functional teams across business, operations, technology, risk, compliance and external vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning, execution and delivery of core banking transformation initiatives aligned with regional and global objectives.
• Develop business cases, investment papers and delivery plans.
• Define target-state architecture and integration approaches with API-led, modular and cloud-enabled capabilities.
• Drive process improvement, standardisation and regulatory alignment.
• Champion digital technologies, data analytics and automation to improve client experience and resilience.
• Oversee full delivery lifecycle including requirements, design, build, testing, data migration, training and cutover.
