SMBC Group in Singapore is seeking a proven Core Banking Transformation Program Lead responsible for end-to-end delivery of a large-scale transformation across core banking, payments and related workflows.

You will align programs to the bank's strategy, own governance, funding and benefits realization, and lead cross-functional teams across business, operations, technology, risk, compliance and external vendors.

Formación

• 15+ years of banking or financial services transformation experience.
• Proven track record leading large core banking transformations.
• Experience across multiple markets or regions.
• Strong knowledge of corporate banking products and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of core banking transformation initiatives.
• Develop business cases, investment papers and operating models.
• Define target-state architecture with API-led, cloud-enabled approaches.
• Drive process simplification and digital technology adoption.
• Establish program governance, budgets and benefits realization.
• Oversee multi-location teams and vendor management.
