Responsibilities

• Lead transformation strategy and roadmap for core banking projects.
• Deliver program benefits on time within budget and scope.
• Governance, risk, and control across multi-country rollout.
• Oversee program delivery lifecycle including design, data migration, testing and cutover.
• Engage regulators and external vendors as needed.
