Job summary

Profile Executive Search has identified a leading multinational technology company seeking a proactive Legal Executive / Paralegal to join its Singapore-based group legal team. The role involves supporting commercial, compliance and legal operations across Asia, Europe and North America in a fast-paced, international environment.

The candidate will review contracts, maintain templates, assist with training and document management, and coordinate with stakeholders and external service providers

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Paralegal, Legal Executive, Contract Administrator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and compliance.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare, and administer commercial contracts, including NDAs and service agreements.
• Support contract lifecycle management processes, including execution and renewals.
• Maintain legal templates, policies, and compliance documentation.
• Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory developments across jurisdictions.
• Support legal and compliance training initiatives and internal communications.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers on legal projects.
• Provide administrative support to the legal team, including records management and budgeting.

Education

Diploma or Degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related discipline
