Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law required.
• Minimum 10 years of work experience.
• Experience in EP/EPC energy sector or similar industrial manufacturing preferred.
• Experience working with international teams and contractual partners.
• Strong negotiation and change/claim management skills.
• Ability to work in multicultural environments; intercultural awareness.
• Fluent in English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end management of contracts; drafting, execution, and analysis to maximize performance and minimize risk.
• Negotiate terms and ensure compliance; document amendments.
• Maintain contract database for easy access and retrieval; ensure consistent processes across HUB."
• Lead contract and claims negotiations to settlements as needed.
• Review tender terms and conditions; highlight opportunities and risks as work proceeds.
• Coordinate with BU Head of CM for a unified approach to contract management.
• Organize contract management activities within the geographical area.
• Drive resources to respond to business needs in contract management.
• Define HUB procedures in coordination with BU.
