Job summary

Bridge Data Centres is seeking an Assistant Manager, Contract Management in Singapore to oversee contractual negotiations and administration across the customer lifecycle. You will advise on terms, liabilities, and risk, while supporting business growth and ensuring alignment with operational capabilities.

You will review MSAs, master service agreements, order forms, and amendments, collaborating with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to secure favorable terms and maintain strong

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing and negotiating customer-facing agreements.
• Strong understanding of contract risk management.
• Ability to review contractual clauses and identify risks.
• Stakeholder management across Sales, Operations, Finance and Legal.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and influencing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Review customer contracts, MSAs, order forms and amendments.
• Identify risks and provide mitigation recommendations.
• Advise stakeholders on terms, obligations and liabilities.
• Support contract negotiations to secure favorable terms.
• Collaborate with Sales during discussions and negotiations.
• Review requested changes and assess commercial/operational impacts.
• Lead contract redlining and coordinate reviews with Legal, Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Customer Fulfilment.
• Ensure commitments align with capabilities and objectives.
• Support development of contract templates and playbooks.
• Maintain contract repository and documentation.
