Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a senior EHS leader to drive construction safety initiatives across multiple sites in Singapore. The role focuses on developing, implementing, and auditing EHS programs, with emphasis on hazard identification, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and integrate AI-assisted tools to enhance safety performance while ensuring timely reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Extensive experience (15+ years) leading construction EHS programs.
• Experience interpreting EHS regulations across multi-country environments.
• Proficient in documenting reports and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to advance strategic safety initiatives across construction programs.
• Develop and monitor EHS programs, standards, and procedures.
• Lead safety management implementation and best-practice sharing.
• Plan and perform compliance audits/assessments for construction activities.
• Respond to emergencies and lead investigations to reduce recurrence.
• Analyze safety data and identify trends to drive improvements.
• Ensure timely completion of EHS reports, permits, and records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into EHS plans.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools into daily work for efficiency and quality.
