Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead regional expansion projects across base build and greenfield sites.

You will own schedule, cost control, risk management, and alignment with partners. Collaborating with Global Facilities, Site Construction, PMO and central teams, you will establish standards, deliver full project life cycles, and push AI-enabled improvements in delivery.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent in construction, building, or architecture.
• At least 12 years of experience with 8 years in base build and greenfield/brownfield projects.
• Off-site manufacturing expertise (OSM).
• Professional certifications in construction management (e.g., CMP, FMDP).
• Experience as construction project management in EPCM projects.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for project management of schedule, cost, and risk control for regional expansions.
• Establish effective communication with Global Facilities, Site Construction, Central Teams, and PMO.
• Highlight opportunities to align with partners and internal deliverables.
• Provide oversight to business processes and standards throughout project delivery.
• Be the knowledge source for full life cycle of construction project delivery and risk management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by testing AI-enabled enhancements within scope.
