Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead new construction project planning for semiconductor fab facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field from an accredited institution.
• Experience in Project Program management / Planning / Schedule Control is highly valued.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office, construction project management software, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good analytical skills with problem solving aptitude.
• Ability to integrate, work collaboratively and proactively in a team environment.
• Able to complete projects in a timely manner.
• Relevant professional certification in project management or construction management (PMP/LEED).
• Integrates AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and quality, adhering to standards and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the new construction project planning process.
• Establish project objectives, scope and deliverables with stakeholders and ensure alignment with user requirements.
• Prepare new project Space, Cost & schedule report & long-term plan reports for management review.
• Develop and manage initial project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.
• Maintain effective communication with project team members and stakeholders to provide updates and foster strong working relationships.
• Ensure Roles, Responsibilities and Accountabilities are fully understood by the project team members.
• Collect, classify, and evaluate data used in Micron new construction project planning evaluation requests.
