Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer for the Site Strategic Program Manager Office (SPMO) Construction in Singapore.

You will lead construction programs, coordinating with Facilities, EHS, Fab Operations, Procurement and Contractors to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery. You will develop schedules, monitor milestones, and report progress while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, construction management, or related field.
• 5+ years of engineering or program management experience in semiconductor, high tech manufacturing, or construction.
• Strong program management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft O365, SharePoint, and project controls tools.
• Certifications (Preferred): PMP or equivalent project/program management certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and track program schedules, milestones, and risks.
• Ensure delivery in accordance with Construction and Project Execution Plans.
• Act as interface between site, global teams, and contractors.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage contractor performance.
• Champion a safe and compliant work environment.
• Ensure adherence to EHS, permit-to-work, and regulatory requirements.
• Proactively manage risks, cost, scope changes, and constructability reviews.
• Provide regular status reporting and maintain construction dashboards.
