Job summary

Micron Technology Singapore is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead regional expansion efforts, manage schedules, costs, and risks, and ensure alignment with Global Facilities and Construction teams.

The role requires 12+ years in construction with 8 years in base build, plus EPCM and Off-site manufacturing expertise, and willingness to travel. You will drive standardization and AI-enabled improvements while upholding Micron's integrity and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent in construction, building, project management, engineering or architecture.
• 12+ years total experience with 8 years in base build, progressive build in greenfield/brownfield.
• Off-site manufacturing expertise (OSM).
• Professional certifications in construction management (CMP, FMDP).
• Experience as construction project manager in EPCM projects.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• Cost and schedule management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project management of schedule, cost, and risk for regional expansion.
• Establish effective communication with Global Facilities, Site Construction, Central Teams and PMO.
• Highlight opportunities to align with partners and prioritize deliverables for the internal team.
• Oversee business processes and standards across project delivery.
• Be the knowledge source for the full life cycle of construction project delivery and risk management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within scope of work.
