Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Staff Program Manager for EHSS Solutions in Singapore. You will lead business discovery, define requirements, and coordinate with EHSS SMEs, IT teams, and vendors to implement health, safety and sustainability programs.

You will evaluate AI-enabled opportunities, drive end-to-end delivery, and ensure governance, adoption, and value realization across global EHSS domains. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EHSS, engineering, or related field.
• At least eight years of EHSS and enterprise-solution delivery experience.
• Experience leading technology-enabled programs with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate operational needs into business requirements and user stories.
• Strong facilitation, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution discovery and define business needs for EHSS initiatives.
• Facilitate structured discovery with EHSS SMEs, IT and providers.
• Translate approved needs into business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Shape AI-enabled business opportunities and measurable value with stakeholders.
• Drive end-to-end program delivery from discovery to sustainment and closure.
• Lead third-party vendors and IT partners to align with approved outcomes.
• Lead UAT, business acceptance and release-readiness activities.
