Job summary

Trust Recruit Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Operations Executive to support international commodity trading and shipping operations, including natural soda ash, boron and fertilisers.

The role provides hands-on exposure to trade execution, logistics coordination, shipping documentation and trade finance. You will coordinate with suppliers and customers, manage vessel movements and ensure timely delivery, while maintaining accuracy in documentation and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in commodity trading operations and/or containerized and dry bulk shipping operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, reviewing and negotiating chemical commodity contracts and coordinate with counterparties on terms.
• Ensure all obligations from contracts, including shipment arrangements and nominations, are executed accurately and in compliance with standards.
• Manage end-to-end logistics and vessel operations for chemical products, including containerized shipments and dry bulk vessels.
