Job summary

Singapore Changi Manufacturing Precision Engineering Company is seeking a Sales Executive/Manager to manage key accounts, coordinate orders with Production, Planning and QC, and drive new business in the CNC precision engineering sector.

The role requires a Diploma plus 2–8 years in CNC engineering or B2B sales, reading drawings, ISO 9001/AS9100 familiarity, and strong Excel and communication skills. Driving licence and own vehicle are provided with petrol allowance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in mechanical/related field required.
• 2–8 years in CNC engineering or related B2B sales experience.
• Reading basic technical drawings preferred.
• Familiar with ISO 9001/AS9100 quality systems.
• Experience with order processing, job tracking and QC documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence and vehicle available.
• Willing to work in a non‑air-conditioned workshop environment.
• Self‑motivated and well‑organised.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Coordination: respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, and communicate with Production/QA.
• Process sales orders, track schedules and ensure accurate job details across teams.
• Prepare delivery orders, invoices and quality documentation (inspection reports, certificates).
• Develop new business by identifying and approaching potential customers.
• Build lasting customer relationships and help achieve monthly/annual targets.
