Qualifications

• General Insurance academic qualifications, ACII would be advantageous
• At least 4 years of experience in the insurance industry, with at least 2 of which in the Singapore insurance industry
• Independent, proactive, efficient
• Meticulous and able to multi-task
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant and positive personality, adaptable to changes
• Possess good analytical mind with strong business acumen
• Good spoken and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• A strong team player

Responsibilities

• Client advisory and servicing roles including client relationship management and needs discovery
• Set service scope and expectations; advise on risk management and insurance issues
• Design, strategize, place/renew and manage insurance programs across property and casualty lines
• Ensure policy administration matters are carried out accurately and timely (invoicing and collection)
• Review insurance program performance, claims analysis and provide risk improvement recommendations
• Collaborate with overseas Aon Offices to service multinational clients
• Deliver Aon United solutions by engaging various Aon units and resources
• Support project work and cross‑department collaboration; coach junior colleagues
