Job summary

Standard Chartered in Singapore seeks an experienced professional to actively manage and maintain high client satisfaction within Financing & Securities Services (FSS) globally. You will work with Business Account Managers and FSS Relationship Managers to ensure consistent and high-quality client service across multi-market requirements.

Responsibilities include understanding client business models, coordinating internal teams, and delivering innovative solutions while balancing cost and bespoke

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience Operational Client Relationship Management / Client Services.
• Extensive end to end Securities operations experience.
• Knowledge in Funds Administration Operations or Funds Administration Client Servicing.
• Knowledge in Transfer Agency Operations or Transfer Agency Client Servicing.
• Knowledge in Global Custody Operations or Global Custody Client Servicing.

Responsibilities

• Works across the bank to ensure best in class and quality services are provided to clients.
• Identifies opportunities for growth from existing business and for referrals to work with FSS RMs and Sales for new products and services.
• Acts as first contact point and manages day-to-day issues to resolution.
• Leads through example and collaborates with risk and control partners to ensure governance.
• Monitors KPIs and participates in periodic service reviews.
• Communicates Client Solutions strategy to business partners to ensure understanding of Client Management principles.
• Embed standards of governance and compliance within client management activities.
