Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a proactive Client Services professional to liaise with Interactive Brokers’ clients worldwide, including professionals, advisors and broker-dealers. You will deliver high-touch service while supporting our expanding global product offerings.

You will handle inquiries across email, ticket, live chat and phone, educate clients on trading platforms, and assist with the full trading cycle from funding to statements. A strong English command is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong product knowledge across Equities, Options, Futures, FX.
• Analytical and critical thinking mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle clients’ enquiries via email, tickets, live chat, and phone.
• Familiarize with trading systems and portals to educate clients on self-service model.
• Assist clients in understanding the full trading cycle including funding, transfers, actions, and statements reconciliation.
• Troubleshoot with clients and liaise with internal teams globally.
