Job summary

Interactive Brokers seeks a Client Services professional to liaise with clients worldwide, delivering high-touch service while supporting a technologically sophisticated platform. You will educate clients on trading cycles, funding, transfers and corporate actions, ensuring accurate statements and smooth operations.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, global environment. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• CMFAS 1B/2B licensing or ability to obtain soon after joining.
• CM-EIP and CM-SIP licensing or ability to obtain.
• Experience in financial services and client services preferred.
• Excellent command of English; Mandarin a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries via email, ticket, live chat and phone.
• Familiarize with proprietary platforms and educate clients for self-service.
• Explain trading cycles including funding, transfers, actions, margin, and statements reconciliation.
• Troubleshoot with clients and coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, IT and other global teams.
