Job summary

Deutsche Bank’s Private Bank is seeking a Client Service Executive to support Relationship Managers and Investment Managers in day-to-day servicing, processing transactions, resolving account and payment issues, and providing comprehensive operational support. The role requires 3–7+ years in private banking or wealth management, relevant licenses such as CACS Paper 1 and 2, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience as Client Service Executive or Assistant Relationship Manager in Private Banking or Wealth Management.
• Relevant local licenses and qualifications such as CACS Paper 1 and 2 are required.
• Fluent English (written and oral) is required.
• Strong integrity, goal orientation, and ability to work in a high-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Private Banker to provide excellent service to high net-worth clients and retain clients while handling daily BAU tasks.
• Understand desk administration and manage all meeting arrangements. Assist Private Bankers in daily maintenance of account relationships.
• Initiate client instructions, monitor funds for payment, prepare fax instructions and loan disbursement forms.
• Elevate issues to Management in a timely fashion when necessary.
• Develop understanding of regulatory framework including confidentiality, data protection and cross-border rules.
