Job summary

ICE Data Services, a subsidiary of Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), seeks a Desktop Specialist to deliver technical product expertise, support client adoption, and drive revenue growth across energy and commodities markets.

You will configure ICE Desktop & Web Platforms, assist with integrations and APIs, train clients, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and support teams to expand adoption and ensure trusted trading workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills across technical and commercial audiences.
Good understanding of trading environments, market data, and related technologies.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook/Excel).
Familiarity with Salesforce and desktop trading/market data systems.

Responsibilities

Develop deep product, technical, and market expertise across energy and commodities.
Provide technical SME support including platform configuration, workflows, and troubleshooting.
Support growth and adoption of ICE Desktop & Web Platforms across territories.
Design and demonstrate technical workflows leveraging APIs and data integrations.
Build client relationships through training, on-site walks, and virtual meetings.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and cross-functional teams for rollout and priority markets.
Resolve client-facing issues in partnership with Sales, Product, and Support teams.
Identify new business opportunities through proactive client engagement.
