Job summary

AIG Asia Pacific Insurance Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a results-driven professional to manage multinational service delivery and client experience across complex programs.

You will coordinate between product, distribution, legal and claims teams to ensure timely, compliant solutions and successful program implementation. Ideal candidates will have strong commercial insurance knowledge, experience with multinational structures, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Commercial insurance experience, preferably client servicing.
• Strong knowledge of complex multinational programs and reinsurance structures.
• Experience with multinational environment and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multinational service delivery for assigned portfolio and ensure elevated client experience.
• Coordinate program lifecycle activities across stakeholders to meet SLAs.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on program design and compliance with local regulatory requirements.
• Lead end-to-end workflow adoption and manage service fee discipline.
