Job summary

Randstad Singapore partners with a boutique, global investment firm to onboard a Chief Investment Officer and Chief Operating Officer. You will share responsibility for strategic oversight, operational infrastructure, and disciplined multi-asset growth.

You will collaborate closely with the Singapore CEO and UK-based partners, driving scalable processes while pursuing long-term leadership opportunities within the group.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience (COO, CIO, or combined executive role) in asset management.
• Proven track record scaling operations and building scalable frameworks.
• Strong cross-border collaboration with international teams, especially UK.
• Entrepreneurial, long-term growth mindset with hands-on execution.
