Job summary

About the job

As the dual-hatted Chief Operating Officer & Chief Investment Officer, you will serve as a strategic co-pilot to the Singapore CEO, taking ownership of operational infrastructure and multi-asset investment oversight.

• Investment Leadership: Guide multi-asset strategy across Equities and Fixed Income, additional exposure in Private Equity or Private Credit is helpful. Maintain a disciplined, long-bias focus on sustainable capital growth.
• Operational Architecture: Design and scale end-to-end operational processes, risk frameworks, and administrative systems to support seamless business execution.
• Global Collaboration: Partner closely with UK counterparts and global stakeholders to synchronize strategic vision, deal workflows, and operational standards.
• Career Trajectory: Step into a high-visibility seat designed for long-term growth, with the potential to advance into elevated group-level leadership ranks over time.

About the manager/team

You will work side-by-side with a seasoned Singapore CEO while maintaining a direct dotted line to a Principal based in the UK. The culture adopted is a team first dynamic where business builders collaborate to move the firm forward together.

Skills and experience required

• Executive Background: Senior leadership experience (COO, CIO, or combined executive role) within an Asset Manager, External Asset Manager (EAM), or Family Office. Prior background as a business owner or partner is a strong advantage.
• Growth Mindset: A long-term perspective on portfolio building paired with a proactive, hands-on approach to scaling business operations.
• Cross-Border Aptitude: Strong communication skills with a track record of driving results alongside international teams, particularly in the UK.
