Job summary

Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank in Singapore seeks a senior leader to head and supervise the COO Office teams within ISAP, directing supervisory controls, budget management, facilities, risk, and incident response.

You will oversee IT service delivery, sourcing, procurement, communications, and cross-functional transformation projects, including AI adoption initiatives across the COO office.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Second Line of Defense activities (supervisory controls) and COO Office First Line of Defense functions (operational controls)
• Oversee Budget and Financial Management to meet MTP financial objectives
• Manage Operational Support & Services, including facilities and premises management
• Ensure Technology Risk Management compliance in accordance with MAS guidelines
• Oversee Security and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) initiatives
• Monitor and govern IT service delivery for the ISAP platform, including SLA oversight
• Manage sourcing activities, administration of external contractors, and alignment with global sourcing strategy
• Lead Procurement processes and related activities
• Coordinate Internal and External Communications
• Drive and support Transversal (cross-functional) projects
• Contribute to and supervise the preparation of strategic materials and documentation presented to the Strategic Committee
• Participate in the ISAP Management Committee and work closely with all committee members
• Support the design, implementation, and execution of the ISAP and ISR transformation roadmap (geo-sourcing, AI, workforce, and related initiatives)
• Maintain proactive coordination with Branch Management to provide assurance that key risk areas are appropriately identified, covered, and managed
• Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including Singapore Compliance manual and policies, and Financial Security requirements
