Job summary

You will lead cross-functional efforts, negotiate complex agreements, and drive channel program growth with Google Ads partners, while aligning internal teams toward One-Google outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, product management, or tech consulting.
• Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
• Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently as this is a customer-facing role with local stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic partnerships with global channel partners and expand advertiser opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Go-To-Market, Product, BD) toward partnership objectives.
• Advise partners on Google Ads integration and GTM adoption to grow advertiser base.
• Forecast and report program metrics; lead projects for strategic growth of the partner program.
• Represent Google at external events to advocate for Google and partners.
