Job summary

ByteDance is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the Cashloan roadmap and drive growth across our cross-functional teams. You will partner with legal, compliance, engineering, design, marketing, and business to shape strategy and execution.

In this role you will analyze market trends and user behavior to identify opportunities, manage end-to-end Cashloan transactions, and collaborate with partners to ensure seamless, compliant deployments.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with our analytics team to develop reports, KPIs, and dashboards to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with customer support and operations teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues related to Cashloan services.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to Cashloan solutions.

Minimum Qualification(s):

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, computer science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product management.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and departments.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering results.

Preferred Qualification(s):

• Experience in the payments, BNPL, loan, finance, or eCommerce space.
• Experience with end-to-end product management processes, including idea generation, roadmap development, feature prioritization, and launch.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
