Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar domain.
• More than 15 years track record in developing and delivering global IT capabilities with budget responsibility.
• More than 10 years leadership experience in IT delivery teams.
• Strong knowledge of mainframe (CICS/COBOL) and distributed platforms, middleware.
• Experience in Waterfall and hybrid Agile projects.
• Experience in large-scale multi-domain projects.
• Proven delivery-focused, result-oriented professional with strong stakeholder communication.
• Hands-on technical mindset when required.
• Experience in engaging with Architects, Security and Development Leads.

Responsibilities

• Manage the application build and maintenance of Cards processor platform and distributed platform teams.
• Plan, monitor and manage risks/issues related to technical delivery.
• Manage technical implementation plan across application teams with hands-on leadership.
• Escalate issues impacting project schedule and propose workarounds/resolutions.
• Partner with Program managers and Business Solution Specialist to finalise requirements.
• Plan technical deliverables to meet projects within budget and schedule.
• Collaborate across domain application teams to manage dependencies.
• Engage with Architects, Security and Development Lead to ensure design compliance.
• Ensure teams build enhancements according to the technical solution plan.
• Coordinate with Test Management for SIT, UAT, performance/testing and security testing.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence key outcomes.
• Operate with ownership attitude in a fast-paced environment.
