Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners in Singapore seeks an experienced Application Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery and operational management of large-scale enterprise application services, ensuring reliable performance, client success and governance across multi-region environments.

You will partner with enterprise customers, senior stakeholders and global delivery teams to meet SLAs, drive transformation, modernization and automation, manage P&L and budgets, and continuously improve

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in IT services and application delivery.
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise application operations.
• Experience with multimillion-dollar engagements.
• Strong customer-facing and executive stakeholder management.
• Experience leading global delivery teams.
• Solid understanding of Application Operations, Cloud, DevOps, and ITSM.
• SLA/KPI management, service governance and continuous improvement.
• P&L, budgeting, forecasting and contract management experience.
• Experience driving modernization, automation and digital transformation.
• Excellent communication and escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise application operations and managed services.
• Manage delivery across global customer environments.
• Act as the main contact for senior customers and executives.
• Lead EBRs, QBRs and monthly service reviews.
• Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met and contractual commitments upheld.
• Drive continuous service improvement and operational excellence.
• Manage risks, escalations, issues and remediation plans.
• Collaborate with application, cloud, infrastructure and DevOps teams.
• Drive modernization, automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Oversee P&L, forecasting and contract governance.
• Build relationships with CXO and senior stakeholders.
• Lead large, geographically distributed delivery teams.
• Support strategic account growth with new service opportunities.
