Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end delivery of open-system applications within Cards Technology.
• Manage software development lifecycles and modernization initiatives.
• Drive DevOps compliance, CI/CD, automated testing, and IaC.
• Ensure secure, compliant deployments and post-implementation support.
• Mentor onshore and offshore teams; collaborate with stakeholders across locations.
• Oversee architecture reviews, performance tuning, and incident management.
