The role accelerates user growth, boosts platform engagement, and delivers commercial impact through AI-enabled workflows and smart automation.

Formación

• 5 years of experience in campaign management, growth or generalist marketing, strategy, or a related field within a fast-paced tech, e-commerce, or consumer-facing platform.
• Proven track record of launching, scaling, and delivering 360 projects with measurable business impact (ROI, MAU, GMV).
• Strong strategic mindset with problem-solving mentality.
• Ability to derive insights from complex performance data to identify funnel bottlenecks and optimize channel strategy in real time.
• Experience or interest in integrating AI capabilities, smart automation, and workflow optimizations to maximize output and team performance.
• Proven cross-functional and cross-country collaboration, leading projects with multiple teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Translate overall country goals into actionable promotional strategies that accelerate MAU acquisition, frequency, and other KPIs across Food & Quick Commerce.
• Create scalable regional campaign frameworks with local relevance and strong execution across markets.
• Collaborate with marketing analytics to establish performance standards for campaigns across markets and verticals.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance; leverage AI tools and automated reporting to streamline tracking and decision-making.
• Maintain oversight of campaign budgets and curate a promotional vendor mix to drive visibility, acquisition, and order expansion.
• Partner with the commercial team on joint business plans and top-brand proposals to unlock growth opportunities.
