You will bridge business goals with campaign strategy, partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance visibility, optimize performance, and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in campaign management, growth, or marketing strategy in tech, ecommerce, or consumer platforms.
• Proven track record launching and scaling 360 campaigns with measurable business impact.
• Strong strategic mindset and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to extract insights from performance data to optimize channels in real time.
• Experience or interest in AI capabilities, automation, and workflow optimization.
• Proven cross-country collaboration across multiple teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate country goals into actionable promotional strategies to grow MAU, frequency, and other KPIs across Food & Quick Commerce.
• Create scalable regional campaign frameworks with local relevance and consistent execution.
• Collaborate with analytics to standardize performance management and monitor campaigns across markets.
• Leverage AI tools and automated reporting to streamline tracking and speed decision-making.
• Oversee campaign budgets and curate an effective vendor mix to drive visibility and growth.
• Partner with the commercial team on joint plans to unlock shared opportunities.
