Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, channel or market development.
• Experience in construction industry is advantageous.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to target regions.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by identifying new market opportunities and generating leads.
• Develop client relationships and convert prospects into long-term customers.
• Lead end-to-end business development processes including prospecting, presentations, negotiations and closing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations and business objectives.
• Conceptualise marketing campaigns across offline and digital platforms.
• Develop data-driven insights and strategies for market expansion.
• Oversee risk management across business units and coordinate with data teams.
