You will drive new business opportunities, lead your team, and ensure strong financial and operational performance in a fast-growing international environment.

The role requires at least 7 years in BD/sales/consulting, a master’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field, and exceptional communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Consulting, or Recruitment.
• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through market research and strategic outreach to develop new business opportunities.
• Organize client meetings to showcase our expertise and drive business growth.
• Manage and nurture existing accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and satisfaction.
