Amaris Consulting in Singapore seeks a Junior Business Manager to drive three core dimensions: Business Development & Client Relations, Recruitment & Team Leadership, and Financial & Performance Management. You will identify prospects, engage clients, recruit top talent, mentor teams, and oversee performance across the unit.

This role offers daily coaching in a diverse, international environment, fostering growth and meaningful impact through CSR and continuous learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in business development, sales, recruitment, consulting, or account management.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, excellence-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospects through market analysis and cold calling.
• Engage with potential clients, organize meetings to showcase expertise, and drive new business opportunities.
• Manage and nurture existing accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and satisfaction.
• Attract and recruit top talent and mentor your team to help them grow.
• Oversee the well-being and success of the business unit and analyze financial performance.
