Job summary
Dyson Institute seeks a Senior Manager, Business Intelligence & Analytics to define and execute a global BI and analytics strategy. You will lead a cross-functional team, partner with senior executives, and steer initiatives that drive data-driven decision making, governance, and AI-enabled insights across the organisation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Management, or related fields.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale analytics and reporting functions.
- Significant experience leading and developing multi-disciplinary analytics teams.
- Experience influencing executive stakeholders and supporting strategic business decisions.
- Demonstrated success leading organisational change, transformation, and adoption of data-driven ways of working.
- Experience leveraging AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI capabilities to enhance business performance is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the BI & Analytics vision, strategy, and operating model.
- Lead enterprise reporting, dashboarding, scorecards, and self-service analytics capabilities.
- Establish and govern enterprise KPI definitions and reporting standards.
- Ensure delivery of trusted, timely insights that support strategic and operational decisions.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to drive analytics-driven value creation.
- Lead organisational change initiatives to increase adoption of data-driven decision making and AI-enabled ways of working.
