Job summary

Dyson APAC is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to deliver reporting and analysis of commercial performance across the region, aligning with group and markets. The role supports APAC leadership with data-driven decision making and rapid amplification of reporting capabilities.

You will collaborate with Dyson's data services and analytics teams to deliver new data sources, champion data usage, and build scalable BI solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong data analytics and business intelligence experience.
• Ability to translate business needs into data solutions and reports.
• Experience collaborating with finance and commercial teams in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and document efficient data solutions, drive reports automation and synchronization, and build strong data visualisations to align APAC reporting strategy to facilitate quick decision making.
• Work with Dyson's data services function and analytics teams across the business to deliver new or enhanced data sources.
• Champion the use of data and analytics, driving adoption and growth in the user base.
• Fill in capabilities gap creating new reports fit for use in market and regionally.
• Business partner with key stakeholders to continuously improve the analytics portfolio to drive decision making.
