Job summary

Dyson Institute invites an experienced Data Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for data-driven assets and AI-enabled solutions across the business.

You will partner with engineering, analytics and operations to translate business goals into actionable features, define roadmaps, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality data products while measuring impact and driving adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related STEM field.
• 7+ years in product or technical PM related to AI, data analytics, data management, or BI.
• Proficient in SQL and knowledge of data processing, architecture and modern data platforms.
• Working experience with Data Science applications and AI/ML workflows.
• Industry experiences relevant to Dyson (e.g., manufacturing, engineering) desirable.
• Professional certification in Product or Project Management (e.g., AIPMM, CSPO, PMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop product roadmaps that drive measurable business outcomes and plan resource allocation.
• Translate business requirements into actionable product and technical features for delivery teams.
• Collaborate with engineering and analytics to ensure timely delivery of high-quality data products and solutions.
• Communicate delivery progress and results to stakeholders, focusing on AI/data-driven impact.
• Advocate for best practices in AI/ML, data governance, and user experience in data products.
• Define post-launch metrics and drive adoption, iterating to maximize business impact.
